What FlatNama is
FlatNama is a free, independent website that brings together information from public MahaRERA project registrations. It is not MahaRERA’s official website and is independent of MahaRERA. No developer or broker pays to be listed, ranked or hidden.
Information only
Everything on FlatNama is for general information. It is not legal, financial, investment or property advice, and it is not an offer or an invitation to buy any property. FlatNama does not rate, rank or endorse any project, developer or broker.
Where the information comes from
Figures are shown as developers reported them to MahaRERA and are updated regularly. They can be out of date, incomplete or entered incorrectly at source, and they can change after we compile them. We work to show them accurately, but we can’t guarantee that any information is complete, current or free of errors. Before you make any decision, confirm the details on the official MahaRERA website and with the developer, and take independent advice where you need it. See How FlatNama works.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, FlatNama and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, information on this site, or from the site being unavailable.
Using and sharing our pages
You’re welcome to link to, share and quote FlatNama pages, including for news, research and AI answers, with a link or a mention of FlatNama as the source. Please don’t copy the site as a whole, present it as your own, or use it in a way that misleads people about a project. The underlying project records belong to MahaRERA’s public register.
Fair use of the site
Please don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or load it so heavily that it slows down for others. Search engines and other well-behaved crawlers are welcome.
Other websites
Links to other sites, such as MahaRERA, Google Maps and WhatsApp, are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

Part B – Privacy Policy
What we never ask for
There is no sign-up and no login, and FlatNama never asks for your phone number, so visiting the site can never lead to a sales call. The only form is the optional feedback form, where giving your email is your choice.
Your shortlist
Projects you shortlist are saved only in your own browser, on your device. FlatNama does not see or store them. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the site we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They record, without your name or contact details, which pages are visited, what is tapped and what kind of device is used. These tools may set cookies. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Feedback you send us
If you use the feedback form, your message reaches us by email, with your email address only if you choose to give it, so that we can read it and reply. It is never shown on the website.
Dark mode
If you turn on dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it.
Maps
"View on Google Maps" links open Google Maps, which is run by Google. When you follow one, Google's own privacy policy applies.
