MahaRERA registration numbers explained
Pune projects registered with MahaRERA before late 2024 have numbers starting with P521, such as P52100052298. Projects registered since then have numbers starting with PR, PM, PC or PP followed by 126, such as PR1260002500550. Both formats are valid, and FlatNama finds a project from either one.
Older numbers: P521…
Numbers in the older format start with P5 and a district code. Pune district projects start with P521.
Newer numbers: PR126…, PM126…, PC126…, PP126…
MahaRERA introduced a new numbering format in late 2024. These numbers start with two letters and 126. A project keeps the number it was registered with; older projects were not renumbered.
